The Circle unravels our life issues, shows us the source of them and guides us to potent places where we can effect change. It shows how we tend to get caught in the powerlessness of chasing our own tail, our own limiting patterns and habits. It then challenges us to free ourselves from those old patterns and change our future.
The work is powerful and touches the deep wounds within to help bring insights and change.

The Star Maiden’s Circle is the central circle of the Twenty count and is the circle of human life and development. It is the work of the ‘South’ of the wheel, the waters, the past, memory, the inner child, the emotional body, the ally of trust and innocence and the enemy of fear. It is the foundational direction of our life journey and whatever we have not healed in our past can travel around our wheel with us and make itself known at the most inopportune moments.

During the year we will demonstrate the power of the Star Maiden Circle and will give participants an experience of how potent it is for transforming buried energies into inner power. First we face each direction of the circle to bring to consciousness any parts of us that are calling for healing and a second time to find the health of each direction, our inner beauty, our strengths and our potential to master our self and create the life of our choice.

Places are limited. To secure your place a non-refundable £150 deposit is required. There is also an option to spread the cost of the course and pay monthly.

During the year you will learn and experience how to:
Work with the four directions as a starting point.
Find your own Totem Animal and Totem Faery for each direction.
Understand how to travel your own wheel.
Journey round your wheel in two spirals.
Use Dance to more fully connect with your wheel.
Use your breath to make changes to your life.

The course, consists of five weekend workshops, each building on the one before, creating the freedom and momentum for each of us to reinvent our lives; stepping into a new way of Being and Creating.

In addition we will focus on how you can connect with the elements and directions in your everyday life and help to use the medicine wheel like a map for re balancing when you are confused, stuck or in need of healing. These can be applied to many aspects of life including personal growth, general guidance, work, projects and relationships.

During the year we will:
Dance the Journey of Transformation and Creation
Clear limitations and restrictions, freeing us to live in new ways
Deepen our connection to our Essential Self
Awaken new beliefs about ourselves and our engagement with life
Bring the richness of who we truly are into manifestation

The Four Directions of the Medicine Wheel
The first four weekends are spaced throughout the year and embody the four directions on the Medicine Wheel, each one continues our transformation in new ways and to greater depths. On the fifth weekend we will start the second part of our journey spiraling around and ending at our Center.

Once we have learnt the steps of the medicine wheel, we can use it to engage life in a new way; not as a series of events that happens to us but as a journey that we have chosen
